Residentiallandlord.com is a website published by Twenty Four Digital Media Ltd, a company incorporated in the UK (company number 10461070, Information Commissioner’s Office registration reference ZA226082). Its registered address is 117 Dartford Road, Dartford, Kent, DA1 3EN.
The website is dedicated to providing news, features, essential information, guidance and details of investment opportunities to property investors. Nearly all of this is available free to users.
We are able to provide this service because we generate advertising revenue from businesses wishing to present their products and services to property investors.
We limit access to some information provided by our websites (for example, downloadable forms and guides) and other services (for example, participation in our forums) to those property investors who register with us as members. Membership is free and we invite you to join our property investor community.
Legal basis of personal data usage
By becoming a member you give consent for us to send you, using the email address provided, newsletters and further information, including third party advertisements relevant to property investors. The registration process is quick and simple and asks only for your name, email address and the number of investment properties you own.
No other membership personal information is asked for or recorded.
We take personal privacy seriously. The data we collect is very valuable to us. We protect it and do not share it with any other company or organisation unless requested by you to do so – and then only to companies and organisations who have confirmed their compliance with the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation and have entered into a Data Processing Agreement with us. We use it only in ways to which you have consented.
Use of data
Individual user data is used solely to send registered users Residential Landlord newsletters, along with specially selected third party advertisements giving information about products, services and investment opportunities.
Data is also used in aggregate form to help us run and improve the website Residential Landlord by better understanding the way they are used and to enable us to tell advertisers about the community of property investors they are able to reach by using our website and newsletter.
Many of the advertisements you see on our website are generated by third parties. Besides our own cookies, our advertisers embed cookies in their digital advertisements for the purposes of statistical analysis. These cookies do not collect any personal information about you.

We occasionally make a charge for information or advice that we provide. In such instances the payment for this information or advice will be requested via PayPal. We do not ask for, record or process payment information other than to log that an amount has been paid.
Our website may contain links to other websites that are outside our control and are not covered by this Privacy Statement. If you access other websites using the links provided, the operators of these sites may collect information from you that will be used by them in accordance with their own privacy policies which may differ from ours.
We do not retain personal data indefinitely. We will keep any information you give us, including your consents to receive emails and newsletters, only for as long as is necessary for the purpose for which you have agreed it may be used. Besides this, we ‘clean’ our lists frequently and delete from them the personal information of members whose email newsletters have been returned to us as undelivered.
Otherwise you can ask us to delete your personal information at any time.

Once registered as a member you can amend the information you have given us or cancel your membership and your consent to receive information from Residential Landlord at any time.
