Buy to Let mortgages are available up to 75% loan to value on properties located in England or Wales. A maximum repayment term of 25 years is available subject to a maximum age of 85 at the end of the mortgage term. Features include:

  • Interest only and capital repayment options
  • Capital raising on mortgage free properties provided the monies are used for property related purposes
  • Light refurbishment mortgage option
  • Property to be let to a close relative (spouse or civil partner, children, parents, brothers and sisters) available with a regulated mortgage.

Up to a maximum of 10 mortgages may remain outstanding with other lenders.
